MUSTERING UP THE STREGNTH AND DETERMINATION

Well folks had my session with Rasheed yesterday, a bit shocked and disappointed that the weight has stayed the same, I have been really trying (truly I have!) Bit I did lose over four inches all over, I am please with that. Been going swimming to add to the flexibility and the stamina, if you know what I mean. (for the day that I will need it.
